By creating an account or using Bayn Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bayn Studio is research and educational software for building trading strategies as node graphs, backtesting them against historical data, and running simulated paper-trading sessions. You bring your own market-data, LLM, and brokerage API keys; the Service does not provide those.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
The Service has no real-money order path. Paper sessions are simulated and run against your own broker paper account; no live orders are placed. You are responsible for your API keys and for complying with each provider’s terms.
Bayn Studio has one plan at $25 a month. It includes 1,000 credits every month for backtests, walk-forwards and Ada on our AI key. Monthly credits don't roll over to the next month. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.
A new account can start a 3-day free trial with full access. We save your card at checkout and charge nothing during the trial. Your first $25 charge is on the day after the trial's last free day, then every month on that date, unless you cancel before then. The free trial is offered once per account.
You can cancel any time in the billing portal. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. If you cancel later, your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and you are not charged again.
Without an active plan you can still sign in and see your work, but you can't run backtests, walk-forwards, Monte Carlo runs, parameter sweeps, trade-log analysis or paper-trading sessions, or use Ada on our AI key or your own. Credits you bought stay on your account and work again once your plan is active.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and tax is added where it applies.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or access other users’ data, no reverse-engineering of others’ private strategies, and no use of the Service to place real orders through undisclosed means.
You retain ownership of the strategies, code, and configurations you create. You grant Bayn Studio the limited rights needed to store and process them to operate the Service for you. Results you choose to make public (share links) are readable by anyone with the link until you revoke them.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. Backtests, walk-forward results, and out-of-sample tests do not guarantee future results. Free and third-party data may be inaccurate, survivorship-biased, or delayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bayn Studio and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
